Shipping & Delivery
Shipment of goods is made on a prepayment basis.
The delivery time is 3-4 working days, for international shipments 3-7 days or up to 12 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. For shipments to third countries, please understand that the delivery time may be extended depending on customs clearance. The delivery period starts on the day of receipt of payment.
For deliveries to islands, an additional island surcharge of €15.00 per delivery applies. The specified postage fees are calculated for deliveries up to 10kg. For package shipments with higher weight, an additional charge will be levied.
IMPORTANT:
All shipments are sent duty unpaid. Additional costs may apply for customs duties and import VAT in countries outside the EU (unless otherwise stated). These costs are to be borne by the customer (recipient of the goods). Please inform yourself about possible additional costs before placing an order. Any necessary customs documents will be included by Fúmée during shipping.
All shipments are carefully and environmentally friendly packed by us and then sent via a parcel service provider. In selected countries, shipping is done with Österreichische Post AG, but delivery is carried out by the respective partners of this service provider. In Austria, delivery is exclusively made by DPD!
